YEARS WORKED WITH PATRICIA KING: Four Years
STRENGTHS: Patricia King is one of the most humble Leaders that I know with an amazingly pure
heart that's filled with Grace and inexhaustible Love. I've seen such compassion that flows from her heart for everyone,
including the rejected in society.
Her Passion is Prayer/ Intimacy and relationship. Patricia exudes the Fragrance of Jesus Christ in her life as she
gives lavishly of her self, of her possessions, of her finances.
She is very trusting and sees the potential in those who are underprivileged and with considerable patience and love;
those around her are just motivated to become the best.
I've never seen Patricia puffed up or turn her back on a single person needing some attention. She will always take
the time to listen to their hearts.
WEAKNESS: Perhaps Patricia's weakness is having to turn down invitations because of other involvements.
DOCTRINE: Patricia shows great passion for the Inspired Word of God and have an intimate
relationship with Heavenly Father, with Jesus Christ and with Holy Spirit. Patricia is like a little child when
she receives new revelation from the Lord as the Holy Spirit Quickens the Word and brings it alive. Patricia enjoys
the Word of God and teaches us to decree the Living Word of God. By decreeing, we're not only coming into agreement
with God's Word but also memorizing the Scriptures.
LEADERSHIP: Teaching the quickened Word and sharing new Wisdom and Insight is so easy for
Patricia. Patricia is true example of Servant Leadership. She pays attention to her staff and is interested in
their well being, she is a skillful listener. Patricia is committed to see her staff grow and prosper.
It gladdens her heart when she sees excellent stewardship. Patricia brings quick understanding and resolve to issues
that may come up. She listens carefully to all sides and knows immediately what to do. Patricia takes a personal
interest in each staff and treats each one of us with love and respect, always esteeming us, leaving us feeling exhilarated.
I have not known Patricia for as long as some of the staff has, but since I met Patricia during her cross
Canada Tour in Calgary , she has shown amazing Love and Trust. Whenever I visited her hometown for a conference
or just a visit, Patricia welcomed me in her home as a member of her family. The life Patricia reflects when she
is among other Leaders and friends is the very same life of integrity and selflessness she expresses at home.
Patricia and Ron are two of the finest people I know that reflects Christ likeness. My husband and I have
grown tremendously from Patricia's Teachings and mentorship. The very same Love Patricia has shown to me is the
very same Love she shows all others.
