Operations Manager (was previously Ministry Coordinator) after a total of 2 ½
years working with Patricia and Extreme Prophetic/CSA.
Patricia King has many strengths, both as an individual and as leader of Extreme Prophetic/CSA.
Personal character strengths:
- One true, passionate lover of Jesus! She has an incredible understanding of Christ's love and walks in this love with
others to a greater degree than I have ever seen in other believers.
- Generous to the “nth” degree! Patricia is constantly sowing into other people & other ministries and walks in a
continual attitude of “giving it all away”
- An exhorter to all those around her. Patricia encourages everyone around her and heaps on well-placed compliments and
appreciation on a continual basis.
- The most simple & most profound of Christian compliments – “she walks the talk”!!! Even in difficult & challenging
situations, I have seen her pursue love, not take up an offense, remain humble and teachable through it all.
- Honesty & Integrity are key elements to her character. Patricia is real through and through , doesn't wear a stitch
of pretense and quickly admits any perceived weaknesses on her part.
- Relational. Patricia cares strongly about those around her, often asking how things are going in their lives, stopping
to listen, pray and share what she feels the Lord might be saying. She is very sensitive and ‘in-tune' with where people are
at and respectful of this.
Leadership Strengths:
- Visionary – Patricia grabs hold of what she hears the Lord saying and pushes through into uncharted waters with great
faith and great fruit as a result! She is a strong leader and through her passion, inspires people to join the vision and move
forward in it.
- Concise communicator – in both her teaching style and in her leadership gifting, Patricia can impart truths and
understanding in an incredible manner – she's real, humorous and very strongly founded on Biblical principles.
- Doctrinal: When she has been challenged in her doctrine on various items that she feels she carries prophetic revelation in,
she is not defensive but goes back to the Word and also consults other theologians for their input. I have personally not
had any concerns in what she teaches, and I respect the heart that she carries in presenting these concepts – she challenges
some commonly-held beliefs but in a spirit of grace and love.
- Equipper - As she builds a team to walk in the direction she feels the Lord leading, she tries to facilitate people to walk in
their giftings and pursue their God-given call within the parameters of the ministry and challenges people to grow in their walk
with the Lord through it all
- Clear Thinker: I see Patricia as having a very clear understanding of what is needed to take a vision from the Lord from the
“blueprint” level through to its completion. She is aware of the many administrative areas that need to be fulfilled and always
allows room for input from various team members to build the project to its completion.
Weaknesses:
Probably some of the “weaknesses” that I see in her are more “how she's wired” than truly weaknesses but here's a few concerns:
Her “work” load may be too heavy – I think Patricia carries a huge load, both physically with her travel schedule
and then with other ministry commitments when she's home and also spiritually with some of the misunderstandings others in the
Body have with the prophetic teaching edge she carries. I know she attempts to block off days of “sabbath rest” but I feel that
she may find it hard to “be still” at times. Being a visionary, she is often putting her hand to the plow in new directions,
but then also feels the time pinch of maintaining current areas of ministry. She does amazingly well through it all, but current
commitment loads may be taking a toll on her physically and mentally.
Feels things very deeply – because Patricia is so relational, when there are misunderstandings with others,
she takes it quite hard. Again, this is probably more just the “flip side” of the character trait of being so relational,
than a true weakness, but it does make her feel very vulnerable in times of conflict.
Quick starter – has a vision and wants to see it get put into place as soon as possible but then needs to
step back to reassess workloads of the team around her. But even in this, she remains gracious and easy to communicate
with and receives input from the team very well.
