I have worked with Patricia for four years and have gone on many Mission Trips with her and Ron.
My position with the ministry is Personal Intercessor for Patricia Prayer for the Ministry; and I
also do some work in the Resource Department.
Patricia strengths: I have to say without exception, Patricia is the kindest person I have ever met. I have been at the
receiving end of this kindness numerous amounts of times and I have seen it displayed over and over to others
throughout the years that I have known her.
Another strength that I admire about Patricia is her willingness to forgive; I have seen her very deeply hurt and extend
complete forgiveness (Just as if the hurt had not taken place.)
Another strength I see in Patricia is her obvious love for Jesus and her heart for the people of God. It is contageous.
The weakness I would say is that Patricia gives to the point of exhaustion at times and could use more rest.
