# of Years I have worked with Patricia King: 2.5 years
Strengths:
Of all the people I have worked under in Advertising Agency's in the secular world PK tops them all. Even without any
experience in advertising she has an excellent intuition on reaching her audience which is the church as a whole.
Above all she explicitly trusts Holy Spirit for guidance. She is the most caring leader I have ever known. She always sees the
best in somebody. She is willing to listen to all sides of an idea. She likes it when there is back and forth dialogue on ideas
even when you might disagree with her. Patricia does not like “yes” people around her. She is very trusting. The most amazing
thing is that she cares and wants above all to see you as an individual fulfill your God given destiny. She encourages all the time.
She is fun to be with. She is a great teacher and speaker. She knows who she is in Christ and what her destiny is.
She is fulfilling her mandate from God. She gives 110% all the time. She gets charged up modeling this lifestyle for the
rest of the church to learn from.
Weaknesses:
Being a visionary leader she breezes through details and may move too fast in projecting the conclusion of a project.
But she is always willing to listen if I raise a red flag, concerned about having enough time to create something or to get it
finished. She works too much. even when she is worn out.
