Extreme Prophetic Events Frequently Asked Questions

The following information applies to events hosted directly by Extreme Prophetic. For events hosted by other ministries, please call the hosting ministry's number listed on the Itinerary.

	Hotels Reservations are the registrant's responsibility. For each event, we list one or two nearby hotels, found by clicking the event link for details. Whenever possible we negotiate reduced rates for event participants at our recommended hotels. Be sure to mention “Extreme Prophetic” when you register.

	Hotel Roommates: We do not arrange any pairings of registrants in hotel rooms. If you would like to share a room with someone, you will need to arrange this on your own.

	Transportation is each registrant's responsibility. Hotels often offer airport shuttles but we are not able to offer a shuttle from the hotel if our event is located in a different venue.

	Childcare: We do not provide childcare of any kind. Children 5 and under may attend XP events for free but are the responsibility of the parent to supervise. Children must be supervised by parents at all times. Should the conference become sold out, we will ask that the children sit on the parent's lap to make room for those who have paid to attend the event.

	Youth: Children ages 6-15 attend for the reduced Youth rates as advertised. We do not offer an additional discount rate for youth who are XP partners.

	Pre-registration can only be secured with pre-payment: We cannot reserve spots for people without securing payment by credit card or check.

	Pre-registration Cutoff: Pre-registration is cut off two days before an event. After the cut-off, you may register at the door. If the event is sold out, we will post this information on our site. It's always best to reserve your seat as soon as possible, as many of our conferences quickly fill up.

	Cancellations: Should the need arise to cancel your registration, we will refund your payment, less a $25 processing and administration fee.

	Drop-In Attendance: We do not accept pre -registrations for drop-in attendance, but you may pay at the door for a single day or single session upon your arrival. For the specific drop-in rates, please see the details for each event on the Itinerary Calendar dates. We cannot always guarantee a spot, as some conferences sell out with full-time attendees. See below (j.) if you wish to drop-in to a Glory School .

	Glory School Drop-In Attendance: During a Glory School , we allow drop-in attendance for the *first two sessions only.* The remainder of the school is for full-time attendees only. If you attend the first two sessions and then decide you would like to attend the rest of the school, you may register at the door for the remainder of the school.

	Glory To Glory School Prerequisite: To attend a Glory to Glory School you must have previously completed a Glory School either in person or by CD. There are no exceptions. This is the only XP school that has a pre-requisite.

	Conference Schedules: Session times for each event can be found here on our website by clicking on the corresponding event link for details.

	Speaker's Schedule: We are unable to post a schedule of when each speaker will minister during an event, as this can change at the last minute.

	Session Length: Plan on each session running approximately 2.5 hours. This is the norm, however there may be some variations as speakers are led by the Holy Spirit and may go a bit longer or shorter.

	Will CD's of the conference be sold? We do sell CDs and MP3 downloads of each conference. These are often available during the event, and always available through our online store. At times, we also produce DVDs for a conference, but please check our online store for availability.
