We love and appreciate when the team is extended an invitation to minister in your area.
The team always travels in pairs with very few exceptions. Any travel by car 5 hours outside of Phoenix,
Arizona will require flight arrangements. (If Itinerants are traveling by car, we ask hosts to please send monies for gasoline to Itinerant at least two weeks prior to date of event.) Once your date is set it is very important to work closely with the
XP Itinerant to ensure that the team will get to and from destinations in a timely manner.
Some considerations when booking a flight:

Time zones Phoenix is in PST during daylight saving time and Mountain Time (MST) in the fall/winter months. |

Layovers – if any – minimize to one. |

Travel time to and from the airport. This is important to note especially if they arrive the day they minister and depart to minister in PHX |

Early a.m. and late evening bookings. The price might be right, but a 7 AM flight means the team is up at 4 AMafter possibly ministering until 11pm the night before. Please show grace in early morning departures and late night arrivals. You will be blessed for it! |

Book within six weeks or less for the best prices. As a general rule, the further out the more expensive a booking. However, there are times when a “sale” is going on, so investigate all avenues. |

Make sure all information is correct (including spelling of names). |

Send your XP Itinerant Coordinator the proposed schedule for confirmation. DO NOT BOOK FLIGHT UNTIL CONFIRMED BY ITINERANT. |
